   • For all Haoyun.com consumer members and above, the membership is valid for life.
3. Membership use
   • Exercising member rights and related member transactions, including member discounts, exchanges and refunds, etc., must provide member account information for system records.
   • Each member's membership account can only be used by one person and cannot be transferred to others. If abuse or improper use is found, howanmall.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership.

   • Members must properly keep and use their member accounts. howanmall.com will not be responsible for any losses caused by theft or loss of member accounts.
   • If a member finds any errors when using the member account for transactions, please email to cs@howanmall.com immediately.

   • howanmall.com will send member discounts and promotion notifications to members via email or WhatsApp. Members must provide correct email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing important notices.
   • howanmall.com is not responsible for unsuccessfully delivered emails or SMS.
   • howanmall.com is not responsible for any loss of points due to any computer technology or system problems.
   • howanmall.com has the absolute discretion to reject and/or revoke any applicant's membership application, and terminate and/or cancel its membership for any reason. If the membership is terminated by us for any reason, all related points will be canceled immediately.
   • If a court rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected by such invalidity or unenforceability and will continue to be in full force and effect.
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and members agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
   • howanmall.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • In case of any dispute, howanmall.com reserves the right of final decision.
